Do you struggle to know whether you're hungry or just trying to soothe a feeling? Do you struggle to know when you shoud eat and when you are full, satisfied and should stop eating?
In this cheat sheet, I give you my cheat codes to help you become a master around feeling what food your body needs, when it needs it, and how much of it needs.
Includes:
- how to identify between physical hunger vs emotional hunger
- how to identify what your body is in need of based on what you are craving (ex: if you're craving chocolate, this means your emotionally craving happiness, and physically in need of magnesium or seratonin > eat nuts, seeds.)
- what foods your body needs based on physical symptoms (ex: if you have gas or bloat or constipation, what you may need is a cleanse/detox such as lemon/lime in warm water.)
- physical cues to tell you when you're hungry and when you're full and satisfied
